Letter Press Art for Purchase
On Friday, April 20, 2012 the School of Social Work hosted a night of sights and sweets as we celebrated the release of several unique prints created for the School by Champaign’s own Living Letter Press. These pieces were the result of a contest hosted by the School in which students, alumni, and faculty submitted quotes that they felt embodied the spirit of social work.
During this Boneyard Arts Festival event, alumni, friends and members of the art community enjoyed a vintage sweets reception while viewing the artwork set to be hung in the classrooms.
A limited number of prints of those displayed at the event, as well as greeting card sets based on these designs are available for purchase. All funds raised from the sale of these prints and greeting cards will support future art installations at the School.
