Kim processes all foreign national payments, as well as processes journal vouchers, and contacts. Her primary responsibility is human resource transactions including payroll, vacation/sick reporting, adjustments, Nessie New Hire and employee job maintenance. Kim joined the school in 2003.

Amy is responsible for building maintenance requests, computer support requests, SSW merchandise support, purchase orders archives, inventory, keys, UPS, processing travel and invoice vouchers, ordering supplies, as well as maintaining the School Directory. Amy joined the school in 2006.

Cheryl is the primary secretary for the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. She is responsible for the assistant dean's calendar, answering questions from prospective students, coordinating special events, and updating the school's Web site. Cheryl has been at the School since 1999, having previously worked in a childcare facility as the Assistant Dean.

Kasey is responsible for faculty development funds, purchasing, processing award payments, providing study abroad support, serves as our telecomm coordinator, sending out monthly telephone bills as well as sending out monthly financial statements. Kasey joined the school in 2007 and is currently enrolled in Parkland College.

As the secretary for the Field Education Office, Tina provides secretarial support for the field faculty, schedules appointments, and answers general questions from students regarding the internship process. She had previously worked for the School in the 1970s and '80s, and recently returned in the past year.
Jaime L. Waymouth

Jaime oversees all accounts, grants and contracts, human resources, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, and assists in budget development. She serves as the BMG HR Committee Chair, and is a liaison for several campus units including AHR, SHR, Cites, Atlas, UIAA and GCO. Jaime has been at the school since 2001. She received her Business Administration, Associates Degree from Parkland College in 2006 and Bachelors Degree from Eastern Illinois University in 2008.

On staff at the School for the past 27 years, Michele has the longest tenure of all staff. She is responsible for all student records, beginning with initial inquiry and admission to graduation. She is a die-hard Cub's fan (and still holds out hope for a World Series win) as well as a loyal Illini fan.
